Politics meets entertainment in an unholy union this fall as former Republican House Majority joins “Dancing with the Stars.” Delay, known as “The Hammer” for his enforcement of party discipline in close votes as well as his reputation for taking political retribution on opponents, will undoubtedly invoke some serious voodoo to loosen up for the show.
R&B singer and actress Macy Gray’s appearance is also a shocker, since I can’t recall ever seeing her bust a serious move in a music video. The singer/songwriter has traded in her mike on numerous occasions to appear in movies including “Domino,” “Idlewild”, and the cable TV series “Celebrity Poker Showdown.” Let’s see if she’s gonna go “Hammer-time” on us.
