[UPDATE 1.43pm PT] Michael Jackson’s death has been ruled a homicide.
A search warrant released today states that Michael Jackson’s died of a lethal level of propofol, a powerful anesthetic of restricted use in hospitals, when he was in found unresponsive in his home on June 25th in Los Angeles, according to WBBM.
Jackson’s physician, Conrad Murray, faces charges of manslaughter if arrested. More.
