Hayden Panettiere, who plays Claire Bennet in “Heroes”, is slated to have a lesbian fling this season’s chapter on redemption. She told press that she “threw it out there.” They [the writers] put you in relationships and I was like, ‘Can I just be with a girl or something? Let’s do that.’”
Naturally, the creative team jumped at the chance to depict the young actress in what we can only hope will be ‘hot’ girl on girl action. In the homoerotic scene, Claire smooches with her college roommate Gretchen (Madeleine Zima), the creepy chick that is too nosey and curious about Claire’s abilities to actually be sexy. Regarding filming, Hayden says she and Claire’s on screen gal pal “have a blast.”
