Former “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” heartthrob Gary Dourdan, arrested last month for drug possession, has now officially been charged with drug possession. The Los Angeles Police Department, investigating a car crash the star was involved in, believed Dourdan carried ecstasy pills at the time of the accident. LAPD has since identified the drugs as Oxycontin and Dourdan is now officially charged for possession of drug paraphernalia and the prescription painkiller.
Dourdan was previously arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and ecstasy in 2008, but the felony charges were dropped after he completed a 16-class drug program. If convicted on both charges, Dourdan faces up to a year in jail.
