Despite the presence of a crack pipe and drugs in the presence of DJ AM’s body at the time of his death, the medical examiner assigned to provide an autopsy report on the celebrity DJ’s death announced today that an autopsy on his body failed to determine a cause of death.
“The cause of death was inconclusive because we need to do additional testing,” New York City Medical Examiner spokesperson Ellen Borakove told People.com on Saturday (August 29). “The testing would include toxicology and tissue testing. We don’t expect any results for several weeks.”
Fans will have to wait a while longer to find out what happened to DJ AM.
